Prior to joining the financial services industry, Dawn built a successful 15-year career in healthcare human resources, developing expertise in employee relations, organizational support, and team leadership. Her diverse background allows her to approach each responsibility with professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine dedication to serving clients and colleagues.
